As a Global People Operations Specialist, you know that it’s the people that make a company great. You’ll evaluate, develop, and implement process improvements and help people flourish as you work on employee life cycle projects to evolve the status quo – projects like launching wellbeing programs to innovate the employee experience. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with our local People Operations specialists, People Partners, and Workplace Team.

Global People Operations Specialist

You’ll breathe life into our product communications and website with your designs. To do that, you’ll work together with our Product Marketing Team (PMM); Paolo ,our Web UX Designer; and the Brand Lab – that’s us! You’ll put yourself into the shoes of different users to translate the product features into desirable, unique selling propositions that connect with what they're looking for. With your support, the PMM team will be able to confidently pitch and upsell Frontify and its business values to new and existing clients. When you’re not busy adding your touch of magic to our product communications, you’ll be dedicated to empowering the Brand Team to create a more unified Frontify brand experience through one of our main touch points: Our website.

Communications Designer

You’ll join our mission to make Frontify a place for all brands to thrive. You’ll take our brand management platform to new heights by building and enhancing the platform used by Lufthansa, Allianz, and many more. You'll focus on further enhancing our core product – that could include refactoring legacy code into a microservices environment or building new features – we try to give as much flexibility for you to choose your project/team and how you work day-to-day.

This role has the opportunity to move into a people lead position. Prior experience isn't mandatory but an optional growth plan.
