ROLE SUMMARY
As RebelMouse new Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving success for our customers using our enterprise CMS platform. You will take lead in client communications in order to give them a seamless experience while exceeding their expectations, finding new growth potential, upsell opportunities and renewals. You will also be passionate about understanding our product and your clients’ business goals, and collaborate with strategy and engineering team to help achieve them. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being primary contact for new and existing clients
- Build and foster relationships with clients that leads to annual renewals and upsells
- Onboard clients
- Lead check-in meetings with clients to ensure that we’re continuously making progress with their site build or performance
- Proactively communicate with the clients and team to manage expectations and provide project status updates
- Ensure clients are appropriately communicated with
- Supervise the performance of our team and clients
- Be the face of the company to answer questions while being an advocate for your client and team
- Help with daily tasks related to the management of your client and team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of experience working in client services department as an Account Manager
- Experience with SaaS B2B product and/or working in creative, digital agencies or startups
- Proven track record of managing digital projects collaborating with strategy, product, software engineering teams
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage multiple clients and stakeholders, being efficient with your time, calendar, deadlines and tasks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills - not only for clients relations but also ability to articulate complex thoughts and instructions in written form
- Motivated by helping others and passionate about achieving business goals for clients
- Commitment to not only fulfill daily tasks but also great at thinking about how to add value and grow our team long-term
- Confidence, curiosity, self-organization, preference to work in a self-directed way with a high degree of motivation to set and achieve ambitious goals
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving work environments
- Availability to work in Eastern Time Zone

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Website best practices, audience development and growth marketing
- Experience working with high traffic and/or high value website builds
- Experience with Jira (or other similar Product Management Software)

Role Summary
We’re looking for a high-performing Copywriter to create engaging and compelling copy for RebelMouse’s audience. As a Copywriter, you will be tasked with creating copy for a variety of different mediums, including long-form articles, marketing newsletters, social media posts, infographics, landing pages, and outbound sales messaging.
This position requires exceptional written English, a deep understanding of SEO writing strategies, and the ability to adapt your style and tone to our brand and target audience. You will work with our marketing, sales, and development teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
You will also analyze user behavior on our website and across other digital channels to create data-driven, optimized copy that will captivate our audience and boost our search rankings and visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Write high-quality, error-free, original, and engaging copy for our email newsletters, social media posts, display ads, white papers, and more
Write high-quality, error-free, original, and engaging long-form copy for our website (e.g., blog posts, landing pages)
Employ SEO strategies in your writing
Stay on top of the latest trends in the SEO industry, and apply the newest and most efficient strategies to your writing style
Work with RebelMouse’s Director of Marketing to ensure copy meets all language, structure, tone, and informational requirements
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
Execute on-page optimizations
Implement copy changes in RebelMouse’s content management system
Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyze, and improve SEO performance
Collaborate with development and product team members

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2+ years of prior experience working in SEO or copywriting
Good understanding of SEO best practices
Passion for SEO and digital marketing
Ability to create, justify, communicate, and implement SEO strategies across teams and external agencies
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Attention to detail
Project management skills
