We’re looking for a Service Support Coach to help us provide best-in-class support to our customers. You will work on supporting the Unbounce App while partnering with internal teams to remove any barriers for the customers. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Support Team and report directly to the Manager, Service Support.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Marketing, the Customer Marketing Strategist is a strategic and creative marketer who knows how to speak to Unbounce customers, understanding their behaviours, pain points, and motivations, to build captivating customer marketing campaigns.

Using several channels including email, in-app messaging, and product tours; and by working with our marketing, customer success, and product teams, the customer marketing team at Unbounce helps drive the user behaviours that make our customers successful, while building strategies to drive product/feature adoption, engagement, revenue expansion, and reduce churn. 

Customer Marketing Strategist

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us drive success for our Concierge customers. You will work on engagement and retention of your portfolio while partnering with Customer Marketing, Marketing, and Product to share what you’re hearing from customers, and stay up to date in our Conversion Intelligence strategy. In this role, you will be part of the Engagement team and report directly to Team Lead, Customer Engagement. 

Customer Success Manager (18-Month Contract, m/w/d)

We’re looking for a Data Privacy & Compliance Analyst to help us resolve data privacy and compliance tickets, perform compliance reviews along with data impact assessments, and address data processing questions and concerns while providing guidance and education to Unbouncers on all things around data privacy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with teams in Operations as well as the rest of the organization to provide your expertise in support of our customers and internal initiatives. You will help create and implement data protection, data privacy and compliance policies, procedures, standards and related controls that ensure adherence to our regulatory responsibilities.

As our in-house data privacy and compliance subject matter expert, and supported by our external DPO, you will be the key Operations unit partner in coordination of our data processing and regulatory audit activities, and will help us achieve our shared business goals. In this role, you will be part of the Information Security team and report directly to the Manager, InfoSec & GRC.

Full Stack Developer - Connections Team

We’re looking for a Launch Specialist to focus on helping our new Concierge customers learn our platform and reach product adoption stages. You will be doing multiple video chats per day, going over customers' accounts and giving them expert advice on how to successfully launch their pages and improve their campaigns, while partnering with our Account Executives and CSMs to deliver white glove service to our Concierge clients.
